Human Impacts Institute
Human Impacts Institute is an American not-for-profit organisation, based in Brooklyn, New York City which aims to use art to raise awareness of climate change.
Marisha joined HII's New York City head office as a Programmes Intern for Fall 2018. She assisted with programmes run by HII which included but was not limited to; Creative Climate Awards 2018 in collaboration with the Taiwanese Consulate, 826 (an education non-profit) Education Programme, Tree Care and a Salon (panel discussion) in collaboration with the German Consulate.
Her time as an intern was dedicated to the preparation, logistics and operations of these programmes, liaising with artists, activists, collaborators and journalists, as well as reassessing monitoring and evaluation techniques of the programmes.
