beVisioneers: The Mercedes Benz Fellowship

beVisioneers: The Mercedes Benz Fellowship is a program run by the non-profit The DO School Fellowships, based in Berlin, Germany. The Fellowship gives disadvantaged youth, aged 16 - 28 years old, the tools to persue their planet-positive idea.

I worked initially as the Regional & Local Program Manager, managing over 100 fellows in 9 countries. I transitioned within 1 year to become the Senior Regional Program Manager of Asia, a position which I have held for 2 years. In this role I manage over 500 fellows across India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea, as well as stakeholders from Europe and Asia.

In this role I use my soft skills and knowledge in active listening, intersectionality and creating healthy, sustainable community spaces. My day to day includes; developing high level strategy, creating and implementing in person programming, managing budgets, assessing risk and supporting fellows and stakeholders.
