ygap is an international development agency which aims to create an equitable and sustainable world through entrepreneurship.

Beginning April 2021, I worked as the Program Manager of the ygap First Gens Accelerator Program. In April 2022, I was promoted to Australian Country (National) Manager.

In this role, I worked alongside our international impact teams to create a ‘Climate Lens’. This addressed; climate risks, mitigation and resilience, how to create sustainable supply chains and reduce ecological footprints. It is through this lens that economically disadvantaged and diverse owned small businesses were able to learn more about the impacts of climate change and how to address these issues moving forward.

I also supported the CEO and Fundraising team by managing Australian stakeholder and donor relationships as well as continued to manage the ygap First Gens program.
